“It takes a village to raise a child.” The same is true for the launching of a new publication. With this being the first issue of Topsail Magazine under the Carolina Marketing Company (CMC) umbrella, we decided to put our heads together to come up with a drink that was delicious and appealing.
George Jacob, an account executive with the CMC team, presented this recipe to me. He is well versed in creating cocktails for his friends, and we share the commonality of producing renditions of various adult beverages. I like to go home and try all the recipes before I publish them, and I must say — this one is a keeper.
With each sip the orange notes and subtle crunch from the graham crackers lend to fond fall memories. It reminds me of a warm pie with Dreamsicle flavors. This cocktail would be perfect for holiday parties, celebrations or just enjoying time with friends on a chilly Friday afternoon.
